Lektion is an industrial training and internship initiative by Calibyte Private Limited intended to provide students and eligible participants with practical exposure to software development, software engineering practices, tools, technologies, teamwork, and related professional skills.
Participation in Lektion may be subject to eligibility criteria, institutional arrangements, selection processes, availability of seats, program-specific requirements, and other conditions communicated by Calibyte Private Limited.
Calibyte Private Limited reserves the right to modify the structure, schedule, content, duration, activities, technologies, or other aspects of a Lektion training or internship program where reasonably required.
Participation in a Lektion program does not, by itself, create an employer-employee relationship between the participant and Calibyte Private Limited unless expressly established through a separate written agreement.
Any certificate, letter, recognition, or other document issued upon completion of a Lektion program will be subject to the applicable program requirements and completion criteria communicated to the participant.
